Technical Papers
Authors are invited to submit original technical papers for presentation at symposia and publication in the Conference Proceedings. List of symposiums can be found at Conference Program.

Tutorials
One page proposals are invited for half- or full-day Tutorials in communications and networking topics. These should be forwarded to the Tutorial Chair (xshen@bbcr.uwaterloo.ca) for review.

Panels/Workshops
Submissions are also sought for Panel Discussions and/or Workshops on the latest technical and business issues in communications and networking topics. Proposals for Panels should be submitted to the Panel Chair (vli@eee.hku.hk) and for Workshops to the Workshop Chair (a.jamalipour@ieee.org).

Mini-conference
A mini-conference entitled “Management of Technological Innovation in the Information Era”, jointly organized with the IEEE Engineering Management Society, is also planned for ICC 2008. A dedicated technical program committee led by Charles Rubenstein (Pratt Institute, c.rubenstein@ieee.org) has been formed for the paper reviews.
