Proposals for half / full day tutorials, papers and poster sessions are solicited based on the topics listed below. Compensation will be paid to the tutorial presenters. Proposals and papers should be submitted per the guidelines for ICC2008 at:

All papers accepted will be included in IEEE Xplore and cited by EI.
