Organization and Submission Procedure

The tutorial chairs of ICC 2009 evaluated all submitted tutorial proposals based on the following criteria:

  • Importance of the topic
  • Timeliness of the topic
  • Track record of the instructor
  • Previous history for instructing tutorials

Authors of selected proposals were informed on 23 December 2009 and will receive further information on their assigned time slot, format, contract, ... until 15 January 2009. Any questions as well as submissions should be sent to the IEEE ICC 2009 Tutorial Chairs using tutorials_icc2009@comsoc.org.
