ICC 2024 invites proposals for research prototype demonstrations.

The Demo sessions of ICC 2024 are a high-profile, leading-edge forum for researchers and engineers in the field of communications. The Demo sessions create a unique opportunity to showcase the recent developments in the field through tangible demonstrations of systems, applications, services, and solutions. That is also an opportunity to engage with a highly skilled and innovating audience and discuss emerging technologies and recent research prototypes with key thought leaders. We are welcoming demonstrations showcasing prototypes, innovative applications, groundbreaking ideas, and novel concepts related to communications technologies, principles, and concepts.

The document below contains a template for all the information relevant to each Demonstration booth to be organised within ICC 2024.   If the proposal is accepted, this text (the public information in it) will be used to advertise the Demonstration in the conference website.  Authors are expected to describe the demonstration in details, then the selection committee can be able to review each proposal accordingly. Demo proposals will be peer-reviewed and the accepted ones will be presented to ICC 2024 delegates.  The Demo Proposal template can be downloaded from here.  Proposals should be submitted via email to ian.wong@viavisolutions.com

ICC 2024 will provide to each accepted Demo a kit for presentation composed of:

• (1) 6ft table w/ (2) chairs
• Wifi internet connection
• A 35’ monitor for projections (available for rental)

Any additional equipment shall be provided by the author of the demo during the demo sessions.

• Proposal submission deadline:  March 31, 2024
• Proposal acceptance notification: April 14, 2024
