EXCLUSIVE PATRONAGE OPPORTUNITIES
WELCOME RECEPTION—US$20,000
- This is a unique opportunity to spotlight your company at the ultimate kick-off social event of ICC 2024!
- The Welcome Reception provides a platform for all conference attendees to mingle and network with the speakers,
exhibitors and attendees. Co-patron signage will be displayed throughout the welcome reception area. - Company logo displayed in the welcome reception area to provide brand exposure.
- Two (2) full conference registrations and access to social events.
CONFERENCE BANQUET—US$20,000
- The conference banquet is always very well attended as participants take the opportunity to network and establish
- contacts in a relaxed setting. Co-patron signage will be displayed throughout select conference banquet area
- Company logo displayed in the conference banquet area to provide brand exposure
- Two (2) full conference registrations and access to social events.
WI-FI INTERNET ACCESS—US$15,000
- Get everyone connected as the official conference WiFi patron. Cost includes Wi-Fi access for all attendees throughout the hotel.
- Your company will be recognized on the Wi-Fi internet access screen. All attendees must view to log into the Internet.
- During badge pickup, each attendee receives printed information containing Wi-Fi access details and acknowledgment of your company name.
INTERNET KIOSK & CHARGING STATION—US$10,000
- The Internet Kiosk and Charging Stations provide great visibility for your organization. Proper signage will be
provided - Featured recognition with corporate logo and company name display at the Internet Kiosk and Charging Station
area.
AV FOR INTERACTIVE POSTER SESSION—US$10,000
- TV monitors will be used for the Interactive Poster Session
- Featured recognition with corporate logo and company name display at the Interactive Poster Session area.
CONFERENCE BREAKS—US$10,000
- Coffee will be served during breaks on each day of the conference sessions. Patrons will be given the opportunity to sponsor a coffee break selection of their choice.

CONFERENCE BAG—US$10,000
This patronage opportunity offers great visibility to the company who wants to be known AND seen! As the exclusive patron of the conference bag, your company’s name and/or logo will be printed on the bag which is provided to all attendees.
LANYARDS—US$8,000
This patronage opportunity offers the highest impact and visibility to the company who wants to be known AND seen! As the exclusive lanyard patron, your company’s name and/ or logo will be printed on the lanyard which is provided to all ICC attendees.
INNOVATION SHOWCASE—US$2,500
- Table for displaying company product or demonstration in the Showcase area.
- 5 minute talk on your company, product, or service during the Exhibit Hours.
CONFERENCE BAG ITEM—US$500
The conference bag is an economical way to have a long-lasting connection with conference attendees. You can include brochures or giveaway items. Colorado companies are requested to contribute a Colorado Native item to commemorate the event being held in the Centennial State.
